Job description Job Category HR Executive Responsibilities and Duties Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit for the role. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Key Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
