Responsibility
1. Timely Conducting interview for all open positions based on recruitment plan
2. Ensure to coordinate with agency, candidate and internal departments for effective recruitment and interview scheduling
3. Preparation of all required documentation needed as per ISO guideline and ensure to implement the same
4. Finalizing the position based on selected candidates by doing offer negotiation as per budget
5. Ensuring all the joining formalities of the candidate is adhered to at the time of joining of candidates
6. Ensure effective and timely conducting induction process to the new joiners
7. Periodic evaluation of training need across the company and based on which preparation / Updation of training calendar
8. Periodic conducting skill mapping activity of the employees of the company
9. Coordination and planning to conduct training and making arrangement for the same
10. Responsible to prepare and periodic review of H.R. Policy and make update based on requirement
11. Ensure to conduct periodic Policy awareness activities across the company
12. Periodic attendance evaluation & salary finalization of all grade of employee
13. Based on policy timely employee leave approval & calculations
14. Timely resolving employee grievances and evaluate the root cause of the same
15. Ensure all the employee exit formalities are being compiled of all exiting employees
16. Responsible to conduct periodic Employee engagement activities based on calendar
17. Preparation and implementation all Reward & Recognition policy across the company
18. Ensure all legal licenses and certificate pertaining to human resource is adhered to
19. Periodic announcement across the Organization of all organizational level announcements
20. Ensure to evaluate every employees performance and finalize Transfer / Promotion / Demotion for each and every after consulting management
21. Responsible to manage Courier desk
22. Responsible to manage Travel desk
23. Review and evaluate all departmental KPIs to review Performance evaluation of all the employees
24. Developing and maintaining all required contracts
25. Ensure to process all needed trademark and patent registration & termination
26. Adhere to all office maintenance activities on timely manner
27. Guest/ visitor handling Management
28. Ensure to Provide / receive any gifts / donation as required
29. Ensure all admin vendor bill is being approved timely
30. Responsible to plan his activity to ensure maximum productivity can be achieved
31. Prepare and submit daily work report and MIS Report to management
32. Periodically review and submit Departmental progress updates to the management
Authority
1. Authorize to share & finalize the Recruitment Agencies as well as shortlist candidate for final round
2. Authorize to upgrade HR policies in consent with immediate authority
3. Authorize to release salary on pre-defined period with all the required deductions
4. Authorize to do all the required company bookings & release of payments

History: GMM Nonstick Coatings was launched in 2007 by Mr. Ravin Gandhi and Mr. Raymond Chung, who had both previously worked together at two prominent manufacturers of nonstick products; Coatings and Chemicals Corporation (CCC).
CCC: THE BEGINNING
1994: Raymond Chung joins Coatings and Chemicals Corporation (CCC) as an independent sales agent for the China nonstick coatings market. CCC was a family business headquartered in Chicago (founded by Mr. Ravin Gandhi s father Kanti Gandhi) that was partially owned by Mr. Ravin Gandhi.
1996: Mr. Ravin Gandhi relocates to Hong Kong to help jumpstart CCC’s sales operation in Asia. Ravin and Raymond closely focus on the entire Asian market at a time when many American companies had begun to shift manufacturing overseas.
