Job description ABOUT US Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) is a diversified Non-Banking Financial Company (Systemically Important) with presence across high growth segments like Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Lending, Affordable Housing Finance, Construction Finance, and Indirect Retail Lending. We have an opportunity as an HR executive in our organisation . Looking for immediate joinees only Job Responsibilities : Interacting with business Stakeholders to plan manpower budget . Handling end to end recruitment process . Gathering and understanding the requirements. Attracting candidates from multiple channels including databases, job portals, consultants and employee referrals Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards. Ensure closing positions within stipulated time-period. Make offers for selected candidates. Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining . Requisites : Any Graduate / Post Graduate . Good communication skill verbal written. Should be a self driven individual with great enthusiasm for learning new things. Should be a team player and plan coordinate the workforce to best use of employee talents.
