Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Handle employee relations and address queries or concerns.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Oversee HR administration, including record-keeping and documentation.
Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
