Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR departments budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
Manage employees grievances
Run referral bonus programs
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Involve in HR Process Improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Managment
3-5 years of work experience as an HR Executive or other HR related roles (prior work experience from production or manufacturing industry will be a plus)
Proven leadership skills and should be able to independently handle the entire HR department and related functions across the organization
Should have good knowledge of HR compliances and labour laws
Should possess great knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
