Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Scheduling Interviews and co-coordinating with Operation panel
Managing Induction, Joining, documentation, Payroll, Employee relation, performance appraisal and separation.
Creating, implementing and maintaining new employee on boarding processes.
Making offer letters/Appointment Letters/Promotion Letters/Confiramtion Letters
Monitoring and executing human resource discipline like attendance like working hours etc and ensuring a sound working culture within the company.
Handling grievances’ of employees at various levels and solving them by taking appropriate turnaround time.
Management Information System(MIS)
Designing training and development programs for new employees, interns and preparing training calendar, executing training as per schedule maintain records and analysining the feedback.
Working closely with management to determine staffing requirements and Streamlining interview process, managing recruitment tracker, screening of resumes, reference check, background verification, document verification closing the position post successful salary negotiation.
Creating Job description, interviewing, & short listing the best talent from Campus recruitment, Vendors, Job Portals, Self-applicant, employee referrals and social media networks.
Leave Management of employees and trainee
Daily observation attendance and preparing reports (Attendance software)
Maintaining OD, half days, absent details.
Ensuring Smooth running process PF & ESI related assignments with coordination of Consultant.

BOMBAY INTELLIGENCE SECURITY (INDIA) LIMITED got inception in the year 1976 as a partnership firm and subsequently in the year 1988,the said partnership was dissolved and a new company was incorporated as Private Ltd Company under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and the whole business of partnership company along with assets and liabilities was acquired by this Private Limited Company incorporated on 15th July 1996. By virtue of sec 43(a) (1)-(a) of the Companies Act 1956, BIS (I) Pvt. Ltd., acquired the position of deemed Public Ltd company without having any changes in its incorporation and Board of Directors.
