Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
Job description:-
1.Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing of desired candidates
2.Maintain Database: Attendance & Leave management
3.Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them Hr policies and procedures
4.Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter , monitor contract expiry for renewals& Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
5. Handling : insurance-related issues
6.Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
7.Taking care of entire admin activities.
