Manage all human resources related activities including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Training & Development, Organizational Development and Total Reward. • Heading the HR Team in branch office and total employee count of 2500 in UP East. • Preparing Monthly Incentive sheet and Incentive Scheme for sales team for Business partnering and strategic development to meet the companies goals. • Processing of payroll every month by 7th including Incentive as well. • Supported technical team in transition from HRM Thread Payroll software to Internal Leaf System which synchronized the Payroll/ Attendance and Sales data altogether in one software which leads to more easy access and command over the software. • Introduced the Management with Awards functions, Contest and Motivational Games such as Wall of Fame, Best Performers, Gift distribution in Diwali and new Year, Employee of the year and Talent basis contest which leads to employee motivation and satisfaction. • Organized the leave structure of the organization and started Leave encashment every FY which was not in practice previously. • Develop the training module which included the new joining's and low performers so that their performance can be improvised. • Developed the Performance Appraisal Policy and streamlined the process, created a format and deadline for appraisal every year which leads to less attrition rate. • Implemented the Work Ethics and POSH policy and other internal policies such as Performance Appraisal Policy, Attendance Policy, Travel Policy, and Conflict of Interests Policy.
