Responsibilities
Understand the market trends and resourcing needs.
One of the important aspect of this position would be to be able to skim through the job portals, understand the requirements and map it to the right candidate internal/external. Set up relevant interviews, hiring external candidates, if needed, and placing them.
Design and maintain MSMP policies and procedures.
Promote and encourage ethical work culture.
Suggest and promote employee engagement, rewards or recognition programs.
Listen and adequately address internal employee questions/concerns.
Skills
2 to 5 years of proven work experience
Good written and oral communication and relation-building skills
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Good negotiator
Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma
