ob description Please note - Corporate hospital work experience preferred He/She will carry out the following functions: - 1. He/she will report to chairman / Director Admin in all issues related to Human Resource in the hospital. 2. He/she is responsible for carrying out Human Resource planning for the hospital in a structured manner keeping in mind the current & future needs of the hospital to meet the patient care. 3. He/she is responsible to maintain an adequate no of& mix of staff for the smooth functioning of the hospital under the guidance of Director Admin. 4. He/she is responsible for maintaining a job specification & job description for each category of staff. 5. He/she is responsible for verifying the antecedent of the new employees with regards to their criminal background. 6. He/she will adhere to the documented procedure for recruitment of the staff. 7. He/she is responsible for orientation / induction training of the staff in consultation with quality team. 8. He is responsible to ensure effective implementation of HR policies in all the departments. 9. He/she is responsible to ensure that the performance appraisal for all employees is carried out at predefined interval. 10. He/she is responsible for working out the training need assessment based on the performance appraisal of the individual. 11. He/she is responsible to prepare a yearly training calendar for the employees; He is responsible to maintain a record of all training provided. 12. He/she is responsible to ensure that disciplinary & grievance handling policy & procedures are known to all category of staff. He will ensure that redressal to the grievance of employees is provided in a timely manner in consultation with Director Admin / MS / Grievance handling committee. 13. He/she is responsible to ensure that health needs of the employees are addressed. All yearly medical examination records are maintained in personal files of the staff. 14. He/she will ensure that personal files in respect of all the employees are maintained as per the checklist. 15. He/she is responsible for ensuring that privileging & credentialing of medical & nursing staff is done & records maintained. 16. He is responsible for overall HR management & HR planning under directions of Chairman / Director Admin. 17. He is responsible for work distribution related to HR amongst HR Executives.
