We are looking for a skilled HR Executive who can manage the organizations recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. He/She will oversee our hiring processes and make strategic decisions for the organization so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities
· Lead the process of reviewing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisements.
· Draft documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR-related documents.
· Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned team leads & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
· Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
· Conduct orientation program and briefing to a new employees.
· Planning of organization events or activities on occasions in coordination with team leads.
· Developing fair HR policies and oversee daily operations of the HR team
· Plan and implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) in coordination with the team leads.
Skills Required:
· BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
· Fresh or at least 1 year working experience in the HR field.
· Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Strong attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
· Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Solid Communication Skills (Both English and Hindi)
