JOB DETAILS
1.Assist in Coordination & execution of learning interventions
2.Planning, Organizing and Executing trainings as per the Learning and Development Calendar
3.Analyzing Training Need Analysis report to identify the training needs of employees across organization
4.Recommending, designing and developing new Learning modules in collaboration with other stakeholders
5.Proposing new initiatives in Learning space and implementing them
6.Partner with consultants and internal employees to manage overall people development agenda
7.Actively research and identify new Learning partners
8.Develop training materials associated with Learning programs, such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, and self-study materials
9.Assist HR Generalists in the BU/Dept. related assignments
10.Support team in OD projects & other organization related initiatives
