Role & responsibilities
Screen, Schedule and conduct interviews of candidates for selection .
Search and coordinate with manpower consultants regarding open positions and sourcing candidates through them.
Issuing employee letters and maintaining employee records in physical and digital form. (offer letter, appointment letter, warning letter, promotion letter etc and keeping employee information records.)
Coordinate for Background Verification through agencies and put up the findings.
Maintaining regular reports, Manpower requirements, Interviews MIS, Mastersheet, Consolidated Monthly MIS
Maintaining Manpower requirement data and filling the gaps with in 30 days of opening.
Good command on MS Office (Power Point , Excel - Basic and advance).
