Job description
Candidate must have 10+ years experience of Human Resource Management.
Manage our 2 Offices (alternate weeks in Kurukshetra and Zirakpur)
Maintaining attendance records of employees in records
Handing all Punch Records of Company as well as employees
All over control of time office records and working system
Good in Word, Excel (with formula, pivot data, V-Lookup)
To prepare and maintain salary structure of employees
Checking monthly deductions for employees: PF, ESIC, Leaves, Loan, etc.
Register Employees in EPF and ESIC Site
Handing employees ESIC and EPF queries
Making EPF and ESIC Challans
Maintaining Leaves Records and salary of employees
Managing records for salary
Hiring & Clearance Activities
Recruitment process, hiring, offer letters, appointment letters handling
Maintenance of Personal files and General files (Hard & Soft)
Joining and clearance formalities
Maintaining all employees appointment letter and training records
Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation
Calculation of Earned leave and Full & Final Settlements
Handling Employees queries and responding them appropriately
