Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA (HR) Experience: 3-5 years Skills: Good communication skills (written & verbal), should have knowledge Naukri Portal and Knowledge about recruitment techniques JD :
Sourcing candidates from job portals.
Screening the cv’s and taking candidate’s interview through telephonic.
Taking Telephonic Interview and share the profile to concern dept. HOD
Scheduling the interviews with Concerned Dept Head
Coordinate with interviewers and interviewee
Follow up with concerned HOD of interview
Follow up with the selected candidate till joining
Conduct background verification of selected candidates.
Complete joining formalities.
Maintaining files of new joinee in excel & hard copy
Issue appointment letter & confirmation letter
Handle End to end recruitment process.
Arrange induction of new joinee.
