Job description
To Liaison with Managers/ HODS & collect leave applications, advance slips and OT slips every month.
To Liaison with Operations Managers & collect OT slips of every month on weekly basis of the following month and update trackers and files by 26th of every month.
To conduct joining formalities of new joinees on the day of joining, sending their welcome note. Maintaining staff personnel files. Staff master data to be updated every day of new joinees and mailed same day to the Manager.
To fill bank forms for new employees.
To call candidates for interviews & line up candidates whenever instructed. Joining Formalities. Maintain staff database.
Coordinating with the Health Insurance Company & hospitals for staff admitions, reimbursements, claims and discharge.
Distribution of staff uniform and coordinating with purchase dept for staff office supplies. Maintaining Uniform inventory tracker(Soft copy). Monthly uniform inventory submission to HC Managers.
Sending monthly office stationery requirements by 5th of every month.
To conduct Help Desk during Fridays line-up.
To make staff notices whenever required.
Travel desk management for train & bus bookings for Managers & Staff.
