Updating records and data analysis in HRMS & Track people joining/Exit in system
Issuance of various letters like Increment, Appraisal, Appointment, Offer letters
Ensure timely level specific employee coverage Additions/Deletion & Renewal of GMC, GPA, GTL, Voluntary Top Up, Covid-19 (compulsory & voluntary) & Apprentice GMC, Workmen's Compensation policies as per eligibility
Addressing ex-employee Concerns - Issuance of Exit Letters, Employment Verification.
Addressing employee concerns, Timely background verification as per the System.
Document management and generating various scheduled and adhoc reports from HRMS with accuracy in the analysis.
Framing the policies under the guidance of Sr Manager - HRMS & HR services and Head C&B
Preparing the salary components as per the revised TCTC and adhering to the Min Wages of the respective states
Maintaining and updating tracker of the movement of personnel and new hires
