About work from home internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing events, conducting employee surveys, and analyzing feedback.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Provide support in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Assist with compliance-related tasks, including I-9 verification, E-Verify, and unemployment claims.
Support HR projects as assigned.
