1. Expertise in managing the payroll processing.
2. Knowledge and exposure of major statutory provisions including PF, ESIC, LWF,TDS, Professional Tax, PF, Pension and Bonus, Annual return & Half yearly return under factory acts, contractor labour engagement and related return etc.
3. Control overall bio metric attendance system and control overtime, absenteeism & leave management system.
