Interviewing & Hiring of candidates with aligning team Fitment check & Negotiating offer with candidates.
Responsible for smooth on-boarding activities and documentation process for the new joiners
Employee induction, Product training & Orientation to newly joined employees.
Looking after complete life cycle of employees from on-boarding to their exit ,including their induction, joining formality, confirmation, Exit interviews.
Experience in handling various Employee Engagement Activity to keep boosting the enthusiasm of employees
Work with team to generate ideas and activities regarding employee engagement within budget and timeline
Conducting survey/feedback about the HR activities.
Handling employee Retention cases, Employee Exits
