Roles and Responsibilities :-
Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
Screening resumes
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews
Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle Sourcing to Salary negotiation.
Issuing offer letters & Appointment letters and completion of joining formalities.
Use software to keep track of open roles
Coordinate background checks
Desired Candidate Profile :-
3-4 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry/Telecom/Consultancy.
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Good Communication skill.
Problem-solving aptitude
Critical-thinking skills
