JOB DETAILS
Ø Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Ø Determine selection criteria
Ø Should be able to meet the required target.
Ø Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Ø Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Ø Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Ø Should be comfortable with BPO & IT Software hiring.
Ø Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
Ø Provide any training that team members need.
Ø Communicate clear instructions to team members Listen to team members' feedback.
Ø Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.
Ø Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
Ø Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
