Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of solid experience in human resources management, with a strong background in recruitment. While experience in the FMCG industry is preferred, candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Ensure timely and effective hiring to meet the organization's manpower requirements.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development initiatives.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on relevant legal requirements and industry best practices.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
