As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your role is to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent for an organization
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill the technical staffing needs of the company
Here are the key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the position of a Senior Technical Recruiter:Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top technical professionals
Collaborate with hiring managers and human resources to understand the technical staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates
Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
