Operational Work
Generating Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
Onboarding, Induction and Exit Formalities.
Payroll Management in Excel Mandatory.
Compliance Management.
Should know Entire Employee Life Cycle.
Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
Solid understanding of MS Office.
