Govt. Inspections and Factory Stat. Compliances.
Contract Labor Management.
Verification of Contractors Compliances and Payroll activities.
CWFM & LMS Kronos Attendance system implementation & Execution
IMS , ISO, BRC Issue 9, FOOD SAFETY, WCM, EHS, IQA ( Knowledge of auditing will be added advantage )
Preferred candidate profile
1. Minimum, 10-12 Years relevant Experience
2. Good Command over English and Good Communication skills
3. Good Knowledge of Computer MS Office including Excel Formula, Data Analysis, Outlook,
Document Management.
4. Should be able to resolve plant workers Grievances and issues.
5. Should be able to do Multitasking Activities.
6. Should be able to understand PMS cycle and preparing Goals plans for all profiles on the
basis of Organizational goals.
7. Should have knowledge about plant administration
8. Should have knowledge Contract workforce management
9. Should have knowledge about varies systems HRIS & LMS , SAP SF, SAP EC
