Job description
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to plant leadership, providing expert HR guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with plant and company objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Partner with plant management to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and morale.
Lead and support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching managers on effective performance management techniques.
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and talent retention strategies.
Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess organizational health, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to drive cultural transformation and enhance operational efficiency.
Serve as a champion of our company values and culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the plant.
