JOB DETAILS
The job holder will have to manage our companys learning and development, PMS, Employee Communication and employee performance programs. Ultimately, the candidate will have to make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
One must have to be one centre for all kind of Employee Related Communication
Manage employees’ grievances
Effectively imply all the HR Policies to the Employees.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Professional Qualification& Experience: -Graduate in any discipline & Post Graduate in Management from Tier 1 B-School. 1-2 years of experience .

Technical /Functional skills:-
Oral and written communication should be very good
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Open to Travel
