Roles and Responsibilities
Finding and recruiting sales team PAN India
Finding new people at fast turnaround.
Supporting the day to day work of the VP & Business Head.
Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Provides complex travel arrangements.
Administering correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritises phone messages, emails.
Assists with recruitment efforts, new hire orientations, on-boarding and terminations.
Screening the resumes and scheduling the interviews.
Reviewing the performance of the branch employees.
Keeping a track record of the incentives given to the employees along with their target as well as incentive structure.
Providing induction to the new joiners.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduates with 1-2 years experience.
Language English & Hindi Compulsory.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator.
Hands-on experience with recruitment in broking firm or advisory.
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision-making skills
