1. Should be responsible for End to end recruitment
2. Candidate profile sourcing from Job Portal as per business requirement
3. Screening, scheduling interviews with Functional team
4. Completing assessment tests as per company hiring policy
5. Take care of Salary Negotiation and Offer generation as per company process
6. Take care of pre boarding and onboarding formalities
