Responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, headhunting, company mapping, and references.
Candidate evaluation (screening them) on various parameters according to client requirement (viz. educational qualification, experience, salary, key skills, location, etc.)
Sending profiles of suitable candidates to clients after soliciting their interest and initial screening.
Regular follow-up with clients and candidates from initial conversation till the candidate finally joins the organization.
Database updation & management for further references.
Responsible for client coordination and management
