Job description
We are looking for a passionate HR Executive, who has experience with talent management as well as HR operations.
Responsibilities
End to End Recruitment process like Sourcing of candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.
HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counseling, exit interviews, discipline) Coordination of annual appraisals process
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Training and development
Nurture a positive working environment across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain payroll and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Skills
3+ Years Experience in in the entire gamut of HR functions
Strong Recruiting and On boarding skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Should be able to perform under pressure
Knowledge of HR system and databases
Good leadership skills
