Roles and Responsibilities:
Willing to work in Night Shifts
Timings: 6:30PM to 3:30 AM IST
Proven work experience as an HR Executive / HR Recruiter
Willing to work for US Shifts (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
Should know full recruitment life cycle (End to End Recruitment) including the job posting, sourcing, screening, Telephonic & F2F Interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction, on-boarding activities, and Employee Motivation.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Good command on job portals to source the profiles like Linkedin, Naukri, etc.
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills in Engish (Verbal & Writing)
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Need Immediate Joiners
Minimum Experience in recruitment is a must
