Identification, Source Support from Job Portals, Social media and Networking.
Handling Recruitment & On boarding process.
Initiating Background verification.
Employee life cycle management.
Resource Management, Client Management and Vendor.
Consistently meet tight deadlines.
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
Handling Attendance, Payroll, Performance Appraisals,
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Evaluating staffing needs.
Engaging with heads of department.
Requirements:
Masters or Bachelors in human resources management.
