Job description Vuesol is looking for a potential HR Executive / HR Generalist having a proven experience in handling end to end HR Activities. Job Title - HR Executive / HR Generalist Experience: 0.5 to 5 Years Job Location Hi-tech City, Hyderabad Job Type - Full Time ( No Remote / No WFH) Shift Night (EST Working Hours) NOTE: This is completely onsite opportunity and there will be no Work From Home. Also permanent Night Shift (US EST Time Zone) Job Description: Recruitment: Including sourcing, selection, offer and on-boarding. Culture: Engage with all the employees and proactively identify and address areas where trust can be built. HRMS hands on experience, that includes, attendance and payroll. Analytics: Actively track leading HR metrics and analyze employee performance. Admin: Be the deputy to the HR Manager for all HR operational requirements. Compliance: Hands-on experience in managing the filing of EPF, ESIC, Employee Insurance, etc. will be an addition. Desired Candidate : Should display ownership of their work and ensure that deliverables are completed achieving TAT with quality Should be enough creative, innovative and proactive in identifying the candidate across all available platforms. Proven ability to handle diversified people with utmost patience levels. Required Skills: Must have a GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS Must have a good attitude Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
