Job description
MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Should have minimum 3 year Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role in Electronic related company Embedded systems
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Solid communication skills.
Hiring and retaining talent for the organisation at the right cost.
Organising important events of the organisation.
Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
Introducing employee wellness programs.
Creating company policies based on best practices.
Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
