Job description
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of our organization.
They will also be responsible for recruiting and selecting and providing training and development programs, and fostering a positive work environment.
Recruitment and selection of employees
Onboarding and training of new hires
Sourcing faculty on a contract basis
Arranging dates and coordinating
Performance management of employees
Maintaining accurate employee records
Arranging for payouts and General daily HR
Requirements
MBA in HRM or Equivalent Experience
Excellent communication interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations
