Explore possibilities of expanding our channels
core HR Activities
Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
Assisting with employee relations, grievances, engagement activities
Company employee communication, stakeholder coordination
Performance management and improvement tracking systems
Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
overall 40 percent in to recruitment(internal requirements) and 60 percent in to HR operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Full time MBA(HR As major Specialization) or any imilar qualification
HR Operations and IT recruitment experience is must
immediate or not more than 30 days Notice
