Job description
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment for open positions, screening applications and arranging interviews. Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, payroll and administering disciplinary procedures.
Assist in communicating company policies and procedures. Promote understanding within the organization and across operations.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Able to plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations.
Ability to analyze and advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, recommend needed changes.
Introduce and manage an effective employee performance review system. Provide employees and managers with information about the process policies, job duties.
Conduct timely, thorough investigations of written employee complaints or personnel policy violations
Required Skills:
General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and employees; ability to present information and make recommendations effectively.
Good psychological skills in understanding people, listening to what they need, deal with staff's emotional problems which may affect their working activities.
Must be able to determine the quality system within the department to perform an outstanding working activity with any changes of condition, environment, and any other effects.
Experience in HR Domain, handling recruitment.
Experience in Organization development
Effective communication and written skills
Excellent interviewing skills and employee relationship management
Good Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of ERP, hands-on experience preferred
Knowledge of marketing, economics, farm operations, and agricultural processes, excellent communication and decision-making skill
