Roles and Responsibilities Problem solving ability & good analytical skills Good Communication skills To partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the Business Unit (BU) To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between other HR functions and the Bus.
