Job description
Lead recruitment efforts, collaborate on hiring decisions, and develop effective onboarding programs.
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance team dynamics.
Administer performance appraisal systems and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with laws and effective communication to employees.
Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain HR records, including personnel files, and oversee payroll processes.
Additional requirement:
Masters or Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven HR & Talent Acquisition management experience preferably in the US based company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
