Job description
MBA in HR with 0 to 1 year experience in HR activites
1.Be the focal point for candidate documentation and onboarding process
2.Ensure constant connect with the candidate for rapport building, query resolution and seamless onboarding
3.Be proactive to check status of the candidate documentation progress and liase with the relevant support teams for closure of any pendencies
4.Follow up regularly with candidates for document submission etc.
