HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counseling, exit interviews, discipline) Coordination of annual appraisals process
Training and development
Developing and implementing policies procedures and communicating HR policies to all employees and Management.
Maintain HRIS on a weekly, monthly basis
