Job Description :
Educational Qualification : MBA (HR)
Experience :0- 2years (only Male)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and a passion for the company they work for.
*Processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process.
*should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
*Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
*Updating internal HR databases.
*Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
*Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
*Provide administrative support and coordinating office activities.
