Payroll management
Maintaining the attendance data of field employee
Monitoring the Non reporting case & ensure attendance should capture in the system
Maintaining & Allocating Leave in every month
Checking & finalize the salary register
Given input to GBSS team & third party Expenses, Incentive, Referral, EJB (early joining bonus)
Ensuring the all employee details in system for new joining, shortfall complete with ZHR
Processing Salary Invoice of third party
Issuing Advance salary.
Maintaining the leave record of third party employee
HR Operation
Ensuring & provide all the details to GBSS team for F&F
Maintaining the Training record – Performance record, skill & other
Reconciliation – employee strength match with all three internal portal – OTC, Mypiramal portal & third party
Employee master
Handling the query of PF
Preparing & finalizing Zonal Holidays list with help of ZBM & NSM
Taking care of mediclaim
Maintaining monthly base Addition, deletion & correction of endorsement.
Ensuring contract renew – third party, insurance company
Ensuring appointment letter confirmation letter, resignation letter hand over to respective employee
Maintain the personal employee file record
Resolving the all query of employee – Salary deduction, Expenses & Incentive
