Roles and Responsibilities
Employee Connect & communication: Should be able to schedule and co-ordinate effective Employee Communication platforms as per the Communication framework and Plan for respective Business units related to All hands Meetings, Townhalls, DH Open Forums, DP Connect, Team Skip Level Meetings etc. Ensuring effective communication among delivery wherever required for grades upto 5.3
Onboarding & Induction: Responsible for new joiner connect: Assign buddy for new joinees and conduct day 2 connect meetings in an effective manner for grades upto 3x.
Grievance and Query Handling Procedures: Resolve L1 and L2 level queries from employees with the agreed turnaround time.
Report & Data Generation: Publishing reports for attrition, goal setting coverage, maintaining tracker for connects, exit discussions etc.
Operational Support: Should ensure effective implementation of the R&R framework including the awards, Long Service Awards etc. Provide operational support to monitor and track activities like goal setting, performance & competency assessment, surveys, exit related clearances.
Support to Lead & Unit Head HR: Should provide necessary inputs and support in implementing employee relations driven strategies. Should support during Geo or Unit specific activities/ initiatives and directing employee related issues (L2 for ASK HR) to the respective Unit HR Head/ Lead.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post-graduation in Human Resources or equivalent
Proficient knowledge of employee engagement and people processes
