Job description Job Description HR Executive ------ Suitefy Cloud Systems is looking for an HR Executive who can manage all our HR activities, recruitment, learning and development and employee performance programs. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the HR department and recruitment needs Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Screening resumes and applications Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews Providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process Working with recruitment agencies/consultants to source the candidates Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance Handling employee health insurance-related issues Explaining HR policies and procedures to the employee Maintaining employees leaves, medical and attendance record Managing Statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, Taxes, Gratuity, LTA, Bonus etc Helping the Accounts in preparing Contract employee administration Conducting various employee welfare activities Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. Half year/annual) Assessing training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives Managing workplace safety and conducting trainings for new or existing employees Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates etc Updating of communication channels on a regular basis Requirements: 4-5 years of work experience as an HR Executive or similar role Excellent experience with full-cycle recruiting Excellent oral and written Communication skills Educational Qualifications: An MBA post-graduation with HR specialization from a premier institute or college RoleHR Generalist Industry TypeIT Services & Consulting Functional AreaHuman Resources Employment TypeFull Time, Permanent Role CategoryHR Operations Education PG :MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization Key Skills AdministrationrecruitmentJoining FormalitieshrCore HR
