The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, excellent communication performance management, and contributing to HR projects .Maintain employee records: HR Executives ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information is maintained in the company's HR system.
Administer employee benefits: This involves managing health insurance plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs.
Handle employee relations issues: They address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive and fair work environment for all employees.
Promote employee engagement: HR initiatives might involve organizing company events, creating recognition programs, and fostering a positive work culture.
