Position: - Executive / Officer HR (Fixed Term Contract)
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 yrs of experience out of which 3 yrs in Compliance.
Job Location - Hyderabad
Responsible Territories: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala
Skill Require:-

Job Responsibilities: -
01. Recruitment Process
02. Complete Joining formalities for all new joining.
03. ESI/ PF/PT/LWF etc Knowledge and documentation.
04. Coordination with site supervisor for collecting the joining formalities.
05. Compilation of site attendance and send to payroll manager for salary processing.
06. Prepare compliance documents which are site specific and maintain compliance registers.
07. Coordination with Central and Regional Compliance team for collecting all compliance documents which generates from HO or RO.
08. Prepare compliance documents set for various sites and handing over to Operation Manager / Site Supervisor for client submission and attaching with monthly invoice.
09. Conducting periodic site compliance audit and visit to site as and when require.
10. Handling grievances, if any and coordination with concerned person for resolution.
11. Prepare monthly MIS of manpower, compliance and PPE.
12. Handling other compliance related issues as directed by regional HR Manager.
