Overview
Position Title: Senior HR Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Type of Position: Full Time
Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Should be available outside of these hours as needed to take phone calls, attend conference calls and meetings).
Job Description:
This role is responsible to handle the HR service delivery requirements and, will be accountable for day-to-day human resource operational activities for the organization.
Administer successful execution of core operational HR services such as Onboarding, Induction program, employee benefits as per the company policy, HR compliance, time & attendance, leave management, employee records, background verification, exits, etc.
Organize team building activities, celebrations and facilitate employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee files and employee information in HRIS database to ensure that employee documentation is current. Ensure all the employee documentations and agreements are recorded and filed.
Execute human resource policies and procedures to support business units and company.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws.
Ensure all policies and procedures are current, relevant, legally compliant, and accessible online for those who require access.
Administer Vendor management for all the procurement with respect to HR services & operations.
Facilitate Annual Performance Appraisals for employees.
Build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, consistent with Solugenixs commitment as a good employer.
Accountable to ensure all the employee related queries are addressed within the defined SLAs or escalated to next level leadership for resolution.
Provide Monthly headcount reports, attrition dashboards etc. observe trends and highlight important aspects in the monthly dashboards.
Effective administration of Rewards & Recognition program as per the company policy.
Co-ordinate with external vendors for BGV, procurement of gift vouchers, Sodexo coupons, Awards, etc.
Should demonstrate high energy levels, good team player skills, sensitivity, professional and high motivation with strong execution skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.A/B.Sc./B.Com with MBA specialization in HR or Postgraduate in Human Resources Management with 5 to 6 years of experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 plus years of experience in HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, expertise in Excel and PPT skills.
Experience to assist/guide the organization in a digital transformation effort to upgrade HR systems, software, and processes will be an added advantage.
Excellent in verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to establish positive working relationships with people with employees and establishes effective interpersonal relationships across the board.
